So we dropped off 2 rings to get sized and we get a call 4 to 5 days later saying it will be almost 400 bucks. So we say hope much for the 1 to get done they tell use the diamond is loose then we wanted to see this because that was new to us. Anyways we tell them that we just want to get it sized and the women on the phone says that he is backed up and we don't even have a qote for it yet. So then she starts giving a bad attitude and says so do you just want the rings sent back this place is trash and I don't recommend it to anyone just go to reddeer or Edmonton anywhere but here.
We bought my engagement ring here. It was definitely more expensive than in red deer or Edmonton but it was nice to support local and we got all Canadian diamonds.
